Why We Started Nuvo Claims

Class action settlements have often relied on outdated, manual management, or insecure online processes. Claimant information has been gathered through mailed paper forms, tracked using spreadsheets, and stored in ways that made access, security, and organization a constant challenge. It was slow, resource-draining, and far from user-friendly.

We saw firsthand how much time and effort firms were spending on tasks that could be automated—and how frustrating the process was for claimants trying to follow up on the status of their claims.

That’s why we founded Nuvo Claims.

At Nuvo Claims, data security is a top priority. We have implemented a security program designed to align with the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria as part of our ongoing commitment to data protection and compliance.

Our platform is built on Supabase’s HIPAA-enabled infrastructure, and we apply security safeguards informed by healthcare-industry best practices to protect highly sensitive claimant information. It’s imperative that our claimants feel safe sharing their sensitive data with us.

We also protect our law firm partners. To safeguard the integrity of the claims process, we employ robust fraud-prevention measures, including biometric and identity verification to identify and reduce fraudulent or duplicate submissions.

Every aspect of Nuvo Claims is built with the end user in mind. 

Our custom claims portals are responsive, and fully secure, ensuring accessibility for a wide range of claimants; and we offer support to those who require a little more help navigating the platform. 

With real-time dashboards, both law firms and claimants have full data transparency—making it easy to track the status of a claim, access key information and easily receive and deliver final reports to provide to the court.

We also prioritize clear, timely communication through a multitude of channels, keeping claimants informed every step of the way.
